We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in resale condition. Change-of-mind returns are at your expense and may be subject to a restocking fee. Some products may be excluded for hygiene or safety reasons — any such exclusion is stated on the relevant product page.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
