Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We are happy to accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Change-of-mind returns are at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed, and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Some products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns for hygiene, safety, or perishability reasons — any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a fault covered by the Australian Consumer Law.
